Solo quise agradecerle por permitirme estar aquí en esta área como el líder de distrito. Desde el comienzo de mi misión me he gustado la idea del liderazgo para mí porque siempre es un placer poder servir no tan solo a las personas en mi área, pero también a los Élderes de mi distrito. Sé que es clave para ayudarme olvidar de mí mismo y mis problemas. Siempre me gusta aprender algo nuevo de cada uno de las asignaciones que hay en la misión. He aprendido bastante de ser compañero menor y mayor, su secretario, y ahora mi segundo cambio como líder de distrito. Hay algo único y especial para aprender de cada asignación en la misión. No me ha gustado estar en una posición particular por demasiado tiempo, pero tampoco todo que yo quiero es lo que el Señor tiene planificado para mí. De igual forma, espero seguir aprendiendo muchas cosas.
Falta algunas cosas todavía con la apariencia, pero ellos están encontrando constantemente, amando a las personas, tiene varias personas alistándose por el bautismo en este cambio. Él se ha puesto el tiempo de su celular adelante ahora para no llegar tarde. Seguiré vigilando por él y comunicando con los líderes de zona que viven junto con él para ayudarle. Planifico hacer muchos intercambios más en la semana que viene.
Tuvimos esa actividad donde nos visitó en la capilla con los jóvenes y fue bien; sacamos algunas referencias de más jóvenes. Élder Iparraguirre es muy bueno y animado. Estamos encontrando constantemente en nuestra área. Todos los días estamos hablando con nuevas personas, esforzando seguir la primera impresión del espíritu, pidiendo referencias a todos (tenemos cerca de 20 ahora), y empezando a ver los frutos. Estoy animando al distrito para encontrar constantemente y parece que el resto de los indicadores clave se van subiendo conjuntamente. Los líderes de zona parece que están encontrando bastante cada semana, pero de lo que he visto, estas personas no están llegando a la segunda o tercera lección. Ponen un buen ejemplo para nosotros y yo creo que podríamos haber tenido a varios nuevos más esta semana, pero al hablar un poco más con nuestros contactos y encontrar que no tenían mucho interés, respetamos su albedrío y seguíamos buscando por otros y cuidando por los investigadores que ya tenemos.
Poco a poco las cosas se van mejorando aquí, pero yo creo que necesitaremos ayuda para buscar una nueva casa aquí y establecer firmemente los límites entre Suárez 1 y 2 que todavía los otros 3 no saben bien. Esforzaré para encontrar un buen tiempo para hacer eso.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to be here in this area as the district leader. From the beginning of my mission I have liked the idea of leadership for me because it is always a pleasure to serve not only the people in my area but also the elders in my district. I know it's key to helping me forget about myself and my problems. I always like to learn something new from each of the assignments in the mission. I have learned a lot from being a junior and senior partner, his secretary, and now my second change as a district leader. There is something unique and special to learn from each assignment in the mission. I have not liked being in a particular position for too long, but not all that I want is what the Lord has planned for me. In the same way, I hope to continue learning many things.
Some things are still missing with the appearance, but they are constantly encountering, loving people, have several people getting ready for baptism in this change. I plan to do many more exchanges next week.
