Nunca he estado tan gozoso en mi misión, Presidente. Siento sumamente bendecido por estar en esta área y tener mi compañero trabajando arduo conmigo hombro a hombro en la obra. Cada día la casa, el área, los indicadores clave, y nuestros ánimos se están mejorando. De igual forma donde sea que yo esté "Señor yo te seguiré." La zona ya se están superando las metas del cambio pasado en todo indicador y está bautizando cada semana con MUCHAS esperanzas por las próximas 2 semanas. Planificamos dar un incentivo de una corbata azul con un símbolo del bautismo atrás para recordarlos que encontramos, encontramos, encontramos, jóvenes, jóvenes, jóvenes, trabajamos, trabajamos, trabajamos, bautizamos, bautizamos, bautizamos. Mi compañero y yo nos encantábamos el consejo de líderes, sus cumplidos, y el poder tomar parte de la revelación e inspiración moderna que pondremos en práctica pronto. Ya estamos esforzando aun más para usar el tiempo con sabiduría.
Amo mi familia de verdad. Una bendición enorme que he visto en mi misión es el poder el Señor me ha dado para olvidarles temporalmente para poder entregar mi todo a la obra. Puedo testificar con más poder ahora la importancia de la familia y que podemos llegar a ser familias eternas.
Intercambio con Élder Timaná mientras mi compañero estaba con Élder Cohelo. Yo confío a estos dos Élderes bastante, Presidente. Su casa estaba bien limpia y arreglada, tienen más citas fijas que he visto con cualquier otro misionero, casi ya han llenado las 5 páginas atrás en la agenda diaria para futuros investigadores por haber esforzado para hablar con todos. Les di hartas sugerencias con mucho amor: revisar las invitaciones bautismales, algunas cositas por la casa y limpieza profunda en algunas partes, actualizar la carpeta de área a diario, poniendo planes C y D específicamente con planes para encontrar en vez de solo "contactar" cuando plan A y B fallan por alguna hora, y mucho más. Al esforzarnos para poner planes específicos y ser obedientes salimos puntualmente en la mañana, JUSTO cruzamos caminos a media cuadra de la casa con alguien que tenía que empujar su auto unas cuadras para arreglarlo. Prestamos el servicio, ayudamos, y pudimos fijar una fecha para volver. Al encontrar alrededor de donde el Señor nos había guiado con este mini servicio, pedimos referencias específicas a una miembro que vivía cerca. En el fin y el cabo ella conocía casi TODO su calle y sacamos unas 7 referencias y quienes entre ellos casi nunca estaba en casa por su trabajo. En algunos minutos ya sabíamos información que hubiera tardado HORAS para saber al solo tocar puertas o hablar en la calle. Fuimos directamente a la mejor referencia que ella nos había dado donde encontramos una nueva familia que aceptó la invitación bautismal en la primera visita y otro hermano más con una familia muy grande donde volverán los Élderes para visitar. Un servicio, 3 nuevos investigadores en aproximadamente una hora no más, más 5 otras referencias, una relación fortalecida con una familia de miembros, y más a tan solo una cuadra de la casa en Plan 3000, antes del mediodía. ESO es un intercambio. :) Amo esta obra.

Dear President Rodriguez,
I have never been so joyful in my mission, President. I feel extremely blessed to be in this area and have my partner working hard with me shoulder to shoulder at the play. Every day the house, the area, the key indicators, and our spirits are improving. Just as I am, "Lord, I will follow you." The area is already surpassing the goals of past change in every indicator and is baptizing every week with MANY hopes for the next 2 weeks. We plan to give an incentive for a blue tie with a symbol of baptism back to remind them that we find, find, find, young, young, young, work, work, work, baptize, baptize, baptize. We only miss one baptism to achieve the goals of excellence again and we will do it with faith with 2 very good families who have baptismal dates for May 27th. We are increasing the indicators, speeding up the work as we leave ourselves behind and give ourselves to the Lord to be more valuable instruments. My companion and I loved the advice of leaders, their compliments, and being able to take part in the revelation and modern inspiration that we will put into practice soon. We are already striving even harder to use time wisely.
I really love my family. A huge blessing I have seen in my mission is the power the Lord has given me to temporarily forget them so I can give my all to the work. I can testify more powerfully now to the importance of the family and that we can become eternal families.
I exchanged with Elder Timaná while my companion was with Elder Cohelo. I trust these two Elders rather, President. Their house was clean and tidy, they have more fixed dates that I have seen with any other missionary, they have almost filled the 5 pages back in the daily agenda for future researchers for having struggled to talk to everyone. I gave them lots of suggestions with a lot of love: review the baptismal invitations, some things around the house and deep cleaning in some parts, update the area folder daily, putting plans C and D specifically with plans to find instead of just "contacting" When plan A and B fail for some time, and much more. As we strive to put specific plans and be obedient we leave promptly in the morning, JUSTO crossed roads half a block from the house with someone who had to push his car a few blocks to fix it. We loaned the service, helped, and were able to set a date to return. Finding around where the Lord had guided us with this mini service, we asked specific references to a member who lived nearby. At the end and the end she knew almost EVERYTHING on her street and we took out about 7 references and among them she was hardly ever at home because of her work. In a few minutes we already knew information that would have taken HOURS to know just by touching doors or talking on the street. We went directly to the best reference she had given us where we found a new family who accepted the baptismal invitation on the first visit and another brother with a very large family where the Elders will return to visit. One service, 3 new investigators in approximately one hour no more, 5 other referrals, a strengthened relationship with a family of members, and more just one block from the house in Plan 3000, before noon. That is an exchange. :) I love this work.
