Gracias por su carta de esta semana. Creo que va a ser una gran ayuda por la zona y un buen recordatorio por los de nosotros que escuchamos algo muy similar en cuanto a la puntualidad cerca del tiempo en cuando usted había llegado recién a la misión. Mi compañero y yo estamos cumpliendo plenamente con el planificar varias actividades en una sola área y creando mini comunidades de investigadores alrededor de cada uno. Nos ayuda mucho en viajar poco y pescar mucho. Habiendo dicho esto, de igual forma sé que el Señor es el único que cede el éxito y aprendí mucho esta semana en cuanto a la humildad y agradecimiento por la mano del Señor en la obra al no lograr muchas de nuestras metas, tener desafíos con muchos que estaban cercas al bautismo, y otra vez tener a tan solo unos 6 líderes no muy dispuestos a ayudar en consejo de barrio.
Con un joven que se llama Felipe Severich estaba con un testimonio tan fuerte y listo por el bautismo y tan solo por el orgullo de su mamá no se puede bautizarse (no quiere dar permiso verbal aun). Hemos hecho servicio en su casa de ellos, clarificado dudas de ella, animado a Felipe a ser un mejor hijo, hicimos una camisita de papel con una nota sincera y nuestros testimonios, más dulces galletas caseras, y una flor manualidad hecho a mano por Élder Calderón por ella y su familia por el día de la madre y nos sorprendió con una llamada esa misma noche que la entregamos.... para decirnos que se equivocó de número en la llamada. Habían otros desafíos más, pero no cansaremos. Encontramos a otros y les fijamos fechas bautismales en las primeras y segundas visitas. Reconoceré la mano del Señor CONSTANTEMENTE en esta obra. Tenemos la fe, bautizaremos.
También muchísimas gracias por todo lo que nos dijo en la conferencia multizona y la oportunidad de compartir con todos el hecho que mi misión se ha dado la vuelta en cuanto al éxito con bautismos y que ellos pueden hacer los mismo. Gracias por sus felicitaciones, cumplidos, y representaciones de amor, Presidente. Ninguno se va sin anotar en mi agenda y diario. Estoy muy feliz para ver con Élder Iparraguirre que se están bautizando todas las personas que encontramos y enseñamos juntos. La semana en que logramos nuestra primera semana de excelencia fijé una fecha bautismal en una división a Kevin Fernandez por esta misma fecha en que se bautizó si no me equivoco hace dos días. Había puesta la fecha bautismal con Familia Orellana igual que se bautizaron y otros probables más por esta semana: Familia Parada enseñamos juntos. Que alegría. Cada uno hacemos nuestra parte. Hay que bautizar más aquí en El Quior no más. :)
Intercambio con Elder Fernandez: estaba un poco nervioso para estar conmigo. No quise dar esa impresión. Le conocí mucho mejor. Es muy humilde, le gusta escuchar que tiene que mejorar, ama el polvo y la tierra porque sabe que allí están las personas humildes que le reciben. Supuestamente era su primer intercambio fuera de su casa en sus 6 meses de su misión? Algo falló allí. Falta un poco en tomar la iniciativa, la calidad del C.C.E., y la limpieza, pero está haciendo MUCHO mejor que pensé.

Dear President Rodriguez,
Thank you for your letter this week. I think it's going to be a great help in the area and a good reminder by those of us who heard something very similar in terms of punctuality near the time when you had just arrived at the mission. My partner and I are fully complying with the planning of several activities in a single area and creating mini communities of researchers around each one. It helps us a lot to travel a little and fish a lot. Having said this, I likewise know that the Lord is the only one who yields success and I learned a lot this week regarding humility and gratitude for the Lord's hand in the work by not achieving many of our goals, having challenges with many Which were close to baptism, and again have only about 6 leaders not very willing to help in neighborhood council.
With a young man named Felipe Severich, he was so strong and ready for baptism, and only because of his mother's pride can not he be baptized (she does not want to give even verbal permission). We have done service in their home of them, clarified doubts of her, encouraged Felipe to be a better son, we made a paper jersey with a sincere note and our testimonies, more sweet homemade cookies, and a handmade handmade flower by Elder Calderón for her and her family for the day of the mother and surprised us with a call that same night that we delivered ... to tell us that he was wrong number on the call. There were other challenges, but we will not tire. We find others and set baptismal dates on the first and second visits. I will recognize the hand of the Lord CONSTANTLY in this work. We have faith, we will baptize.
Also thank you very much for everything you told us at the multi-zone conference and the opportunity to share with everyone the fact that my mission has turned around as to success with baptisms and that they can do the same. Thank you for your congratulations, compliments, and representations of love, President. No one leaves without writing in my diary and diary. I am very happy to see with Elder Iparraguirre that all the people we meet and teach together are being baptized. The week we achieved our first week of excellence set a baptismal date in a division to Kevin Fernandez by the same date he was baptized if I was not mistaken two days ago. He had put the baptismal date with Familia Orellana just as they were baptized and others more likely this week: Familia Parada we taught together. What joy. We each do our part. Exchange with Elder Fernandez: I was a bit nervous to be with me. I did not want to give that impression. I knew him much better. He is very humble, likes to hear that he has to improve, he loves dust and dirt because he knows that there are the humble people who receive him. Supposedly it was his first exchange outside his house in his 6 months of his mission? Something failed there. It takes a bit to take the initiative, the quality of the C.C.E., and the cleanliness, but it is doing MUCH better than I thought.
